We are pleased to share that as consultants we have assisted and successfully concluded the FIVE years | 30 Million Tons | 200 Million USD | Bauxite cargo | Transshipment COA between the Bauxite mine sponsors in Guinea and Asia-based transshipment owner & operators. The contract was signed in Dubai, UAE in the mining office.

The contract was duly approved by the Govt of Guinea, the Mining board, and AFC bank & requires an investment of about 60 million USD by the transshipment owner and operator. The mining operations i.e., the first ore export is expected to start by April | May 2024 with a minimum shipment size of 170K | 210 K.

The transshipment contract, negotiations commenced at Jan end of 2023 and continued for a good ten months, whereby team Capricorn as consultant to the Mining company & transshipment expert was responsible for the Introduction, Negotiation, Securing, and Signing of the long-term contract.
