The founder and managing Director Capt. Sachin Saxena always have had a passion for projects that involved Knowledge, a high level of expertise, critical thinking, professional & management skills along leadership qualities. During his previous roles from year 2010-2019 in Singapore, he was successfully involved in various projects and was simultaneously managing various business activities. 

In the year 2020, upon starting his entrepreneurial journey to fulfill his passion for people & trade, he simultaneously continued to actively participate in consultancy and project management related to Shipping | Mining | Terminal | Logistics providing end-to-end solutions.

Following is the list of projects those successfully projects: - 

  • Year 2010-2013: Involved in taking over and in the conversion of NINE very large crude carriers (VLCC) to Very Large Ore Carriers (VLOC) in China, Yiulian Shipyard, and thereafter, responsible for the SAFE operations of the vessel with an estimated cost of 32 million USD X 9 i.e. about 300 million USD. 

  • Year 2012-2018: Involved in design | conversion of TWO world’s largest Floating Transfer Station (FTS) for a Brazil mining giant in Chengxi Shipyard, China, and thereafter, was responsible for setting up and heading the 1.5 billion USD operations with almost three hundred crew members working on board in Subic Bay, Philippines.  

    The project under his guidance and supervision transferred 71 million tons of Iron Ore, with simultaneous discharging from the world’s largest bulk carrier – 400,000 DWT and loading into 300,000 DWT Very Large Ore Carrier.
  • Year 2020-2022: Consultant to a Bauxite mining sponsor in Guinea, designed the cost-effective Transshipment model for a Bauxite export from Kamsar with an annual throughput of 05 million tons PA in phase 1 & ramp-up facility up to 10 million tons PA in the second phase. Thereafter, supported the Netherlands-based firm in preparing the project feasibility report for financial institutions and potential JV partners.
  • Year 2023: Consultant & representative to a coal mining in Tanzania, working closely with the founder & chairman of ETG group Mr. Mahesh Patel, carried out the feasibility study and made a presentation to the Tanzania Port Authority and the Madame President team for improving the capacity utilization and throughput from Mtwara port for coal export without proposing any change in the current infrastructure with various options & have also prepared the draft on behalf of the mine with proposed measures on current pricing for submission to the government for Tanzanian coal to be competitive.
  • Year 2022- 2023: Consultant to a Bauxite mining sponsor in Guinea, responsible for Introducing, Negotiating, Securing, and Signing the 30 million Tons | Five Years | 200 million USD | Bauxite Transshipment contract duly approved by the very reputed AFC bank, Govt of Guinea, Mining board with an Asia based transshipment owner/operator involving 60 million USD of investment.
