At Capricorn, we are committed to engage and give back to the farmer's communities in which we work in ways that can directly benefit them.

Globally about 3.5 billion consume rice as part of their daily staple diet produced by millions of farmers' family and unfortunately, they are still living in or near the poverty line. And as the population grows, the demand for rice is expected to rise by about 13% in the next five to seven years faced with an enormous challenge in a world of limited resources.

We are committed to making a positive, lasting impact in our farmer's communities by sharing our time, knowledge, resources, as well as inspiring and harnessing the dedication and capabilities of our people.
